The capital of Zanzibar, Stone Town, is a fascinating mix of culture, an extraordinary place to explore. Get emersed into the history of the slave trade or set off to one of the islands off the coast, Zanzibar has soemthing for everyone.
There is lots to see and do in Zanzibar, especially if you appreciate the joys of diving the coral reefs, snorkelling and tasting the delicacies that these reefs have to offer. There is a wealth of history and culture to absorb without having to work much at it; true swahili style is such that its laid back charisma infuses the entire island atmosphere.
Given the location just off the coast of mainland Tanzania it is a short and easy flight back to the mainland and thus most clients combine a stay on Zanzibar with a Tanzanian Safari to the Northern or Southern parks.
