Without doubt one of the best locations in the Serengeti and a superb luxury tented camp. Guiding here is excellent, food and service are also set very high but it is the location that makes this place one of Tanzania’s best camps. The Lamai Wedge/Northern Serengeti is very private due to it being very difficult to access by vehicle. The Kenyan masses cannot cross the border and the Serengeti Seronera crowds cannot make it up in one day. Therefore this is THE best and most private area to view the Migration – August to October are absolutely perfect for optimising river crossings.
