With good service and clean, airy rooms the lodge is well managed. It has a good sized pool for those who may have come off Kilimanjaro, otherwise ideal for a quick dip in the afternoon after arriving from anywhere else. A good option for those looking for a quiet and charming stoop over point on their way through. Excellent for families, but if you are looking for small intimate place, look elsewhere. We only give Moivaro 2 paws. Sadly there are other options at better value for money, but during busy periods when places are booked up, it is a good option. Moivaro Coffee Estate: The DetailThis small hotel is situated in Northern Tanzania and is a charismatic and unusual find, seemingly situated miles from anywhere, in the midst of the Moivaro Coffee Plantation Estate at the foot hills of Mount Meru. Seemingly miles from anywhere, it is in fact only 7km from Arusha town, but it is hard to imagine life beyond this fantastically peaceful and natural setting. The rooms are fairly simple but the lodge’s location with its views of Mount Meru and enticing swimming pool offer a superb respite away from the hustle and bustle of Arusha itself.
