Madagascar
We are still researching Madagascar, below is some general information.

Madagascar is one of the most unique places on Earth. It is a vast island of paradise for any wildlife enthusiast. The island is a thousand miles long with an impressive central Mountain range. Madagascar contains an unbelievable diversity of both animals and plants.

Madagascar is also surrounded by numerous very small islands with beautiful beaches. On Madagascar itself visitors can find untouched tropical beaches all along the majestic coastline. The vibrant coral reefs just off the coast of these beautiful beaches offer fantastic snorkelling.

The wide variety of Lemurs, which can only be found in Madagascar, have enticed visitors for years. The same can be said for both the birdlife and the population of chameleons and frogs, 90% of which is endemic. There are over 100 bird species that can only be found on thus remarkable island.

The rainforests of Madagascar have an extraordinary abundance of rare flora and fauna and Lemurs and Chameleons thrive throughout many of these tropical forests.

Off the North West of Madagascar lies a small island by the name of Nosy Be, an extremely fertile farming island that has profited over the years from exporting sugar and pepper. The main town of Hell-Ville is a typically bustling island town and the islands beaches are picturesque, un-crowded and perfect for swimming.
