Savute Under Canvas: Our ViewThis is an identical camp to Chobe Under Canvas, but this camp operates in the Savute area of Chobe National Park. These under canvas camps are a brilliant option for the more adventurous traveller and now that the Savuti Channel has begun to flowing again, the area is teeming with game. The Savuti Channel was dry from 1989 through to 2007. One of the most fertile regions of Botswana and even if Savuti Under Canvas doesn’t appeal to you, visiting this area is a must. Savute Under Canvas is a great little camp. Uncertain as to where exactly the camp will be and when, can be a slight concern and there are other, better options of accommodation on the river. Therefore it gets a 3 paw rating. Savute Under Canvas: Fast Facts$995 per person per night (high season)
