Clouds is only moderately luxurious, so if you are a sucker for luxury and are set on a gorilla trek then you are better to look into Rwanda options, as it has an established high quality low volume approach to tourism, whereas Uganda is more of a new kid on the block and is only beginning to cater for more luxurious standards.
