Londolozi Tree Camp - The Details
The Londolozi Tree Camp embodies elegance and simplicity into the wilderness experience. From the private swimming pools and decks to the service, food and general ambience of the camp, it provides a showcase of African style. You can rest assured here that every little need will be met from its facilities to the warm and welcoming staff.
Guests spend afternoons on their decks, with views of the landscape and elephants in the river below. Of course, the safari will be the peak game viewing but there is nothing to stop you from simply relaxing in your beautiful suite, and just watching the African wildlife come and go.
Tree Camp does not accommodate children under the age of 16, unless guests book the camp exclusively. However, it makes for a simply incredible destination for those who are after complete exclusivity and a one of a kind hideaway, making for an experience not easily forgotten or matched.
Each suite epitomises luxury and style in every detail, with the intertwining of Ralph Lauren into the authentic African appearance, Tree Camp is a showcase of safari beauty.
Just like the other Londolozi camps;
Varty,
Pioneer,
Founders and
Granite, the use of the communal facilities like the gym, spa, photographic suite and yoga deck are all encouraged in between game drives, however the beautiful deck and lounge area at the main lodge makes the perfect setting where the hours fly by.
Game drives occur within the unfenced private Londolozi Reserve in the Greater Kruger where animals are free to roam into and from the
Kruger National Park. Londolozi only partly share their traverse with
Singita resulting in animal sightings being private, intimate and unobtrusive with the likelihood of seeing another vehicle, very slim.
Access to any of Londolozi's camps is extremely easy. By transfer the lodge is located about half an hour from the Newington Gate in the South of the
Sabi Sands, but Londolozi also have their own airstrip a mere ten minutes from the lodge, making flights to other destinations very easy.
Combining a stay at Londolozi with a visit to
Tswalu in the Kalahari is a great combination for those seeking two different and exceptional safari experiences. The variety of wildlife and the diversity in habitat make them the perfect combination.
