Many people regard Mombo as the best safari camp in the world, and we agree. The huge number of all the cats and vast concentrations of virtually everything else mean that game drives are always fulfilling and regularly explosive!

Zarafa was once the fantastic no frills Zarafa but now the recent refurbishment of early 2008 and the new name have totally changed the camp……….in a good way! We always loved the no frills approach of ‘Zaf’ and so the private plunge pool approach took quite some getting used to.

Jao is one of Africa’s most famous camps. Built high up into the trees the design of Jao truly takes your breath away; the rooms are absolutely beautiful, with vast beds, lounges and outside double ‘sala’ beds.
