Bisate opened in 2017 and it is one of the most luxurious places to base yourself from whilst exploring the surrounding Volcanoes National Park. With stunning views from wherever you are in camp and every amenity one could wish for, returning here after your gorilla trek is certainly one of the best ways to enjoy Rwanda's wilderness. Sabyinyo is one of Rwanda’s leading gorilla lodges. Located approximately three hours from the capital Kigali, Saybinyo Silverback Lodge is a stunningly located property with views over the Virunga Volcanoes range and the Parc National des Volcans. The lodge was the first community owned lodge and is run by the famous Kenyan safari group Governors, who operate some of the Masai Mara’s finest safari camps.

Mountain Gorilla View Lodge is the value acommodation for viewing gorillas. Set just a 10 minute drive from the Park gate the location is unbeatable, with beautiful views into the Park across the seemingly neverending mountain jungle landscape. Permits and logistics are not cheap when gorilla trekking in Rwanda and accommodation is where you can save. Frankly, it's all about the gorilla experience, Mountain View is no luxurious, but provides a great base for one of the greatest experiences in Africa.
